Celebrating their eighteenth sugaring season, Highland Sugarworks was founded in 1986, and is owned by our friend Jim MacIsaac. In the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont, Highland produces the finest maple syrup available. Sugaring takes place during the early part of spring - wherever you look you'll see the steam rising from the sugarhouses and smell sweet maple in the air.
